INNSpub | Copyright Agreement
Copyright and Licensing policy for Manuscript submission
When submitting a manuscript to INNSpub journals authors must follow certain copyright and licensing rules to ensure transparency, protect their work and support ethical open-access publishing.
Originality and Legal responsibility
By submitting a manuscript, the corresponding author (on behalf of all co-authors) confirms that:
• The work is original, not published before and not under review elsewhere
• It does not violate any third-party rights (like copyright, trademarks or patents)
• It contains no harmful, libelous or confidential information
• Any third-party content (e.g., tables, figures) is properly cited and reused with permission
Copyright and Author rights
Authors keep full copyright of their articles. During submission, they must sign a Copyright Agreement, giving INNSpub a non-exclusive, permanent license to:
• Publish and share the article online and in print
• Make it available in open-access platforms and archives
• Allow indexing in databases and repositories
All INNSpub journals use the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0). This allows anyone to reuse, share or adapt the article- even for commercial use- as long as proper credit is given and the content remains unchanged.
Author reuse rights
Authors are free to:
• Use parts of the article in future papers, presentations or theses
• Post the final version on personal or institutional websites or open-access sites like arXiv
• Turn the article into a book or collection
• Share it for educational or academic use
Public access and Archiving
All accepted articles are added to the INNSpub Open Archive, where they are freely available to read and download permanently. Any supporting data or materials are also available under the same CC BY license.
Submission and Agreement
When submitting a manuscript, authors must also send a signed Copyright Agreement Form. The form is available in: [MS Word format] and [PDF format]
The manuscript will move forward to production only after this form is received by the editorial office.
These policies help protect authors, promote global access and ensure the research is shared ethically and legally.
Acknowledgments
All individuals who contributed to the work but do not meet the criteria for authorship should be acknowledged in the Acknowledgments section, along with a brief description of their contributions. This includes individuals who provided technical assistance, writing support or general supervision (e.g., a department chair who offered only general support).
Additionally, any financial or material support received for the research should be clearly acknowledged, including grants, funding agencies or institutional resources.
